Referring physicians may fax EEG orders or referrals, along with the patient's insurance information, relevant medical history, and contact information, to (562) 586-9414 or email them to NeuroElite2019@gmail.com

EEG studies are typically interpreted and reported the same business day. Studies completed after 3:00 PM CST are generally read and finalized by the following morning.

All EEGs can be interpreted by our Board-Certified Neurologists. Qualified Referring physicians also have the option to interpret the study themselves and bill separately for their professional interpretation.

To avoid cancellation fees, appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance by phone or email. If calling after business hours, please leave a voicemail. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation charge.
